Valeo WV40 40-Pound Weighted Vest Review

I have always believed that folks who gain weight for going overboard with their diet or those who don’t exercise enough don’t fully comprehend the ramifications of being overweight. It’s not just about getting bigger clothes or moving around more slowly, but carrying the weight can cause a lot of troubles for your body, and it would make it that much harder for your heart to pump blood through your body. That’s why I love weighted vests. These vests can easily show you what it means to be overweight and how much extra pressure you are putting on your body by keeping adding fat.
Before getting my first vest, I didn’t know what to expect. Would the weighted vest be that effective? I couldn’t tell. But after trying my weighted vest during my workout sessions, I had more energy and actually could improve my movement. Vests such as Valeo WV40 40-Pound Weighted Vest let you get started with low weights and increase them as your body gets used the weight. Putting this 40 pound weight on your body makes you realize what your body has to go through if you add that much weight in fat. Going up the stairs and running with this vest on becomes that much more difficult and energy consuming. If you get tired of wearing your vest after an hour, imagine how your body would feel if you added 40 pounds of weight.
My Valeo WV40 40-Pound Weighted Vest is not only very comfortable to wear, it does come with a reinforced shoulder pad too. It also allows you to adjust the weight from 1 to 40 lbs. So if you can’t handle an extra 40 pounds, you can always reduce the weight. You may ask, “why would I need this vest?’ It’s simple. Whether you want to lose weight or increase your conditioning, this vest is extremely helpful in adding an extra fitness element to your workout routine. If you can complete a run or a workout routine with this vest on, you are going to do it that much better when it’s off. Using this vest for 30 days increased my fitness dramatically, without me actually adding anything special to my workout routine.
All in all, if you are looking to increase the intensity of your workouts and lose more weight in the process, you should give Valeo WV40 a try. It’s the easiest way to get more out of every workout and become a more fit individual. It’s really a no brainer.
