The No S book is one of the best diet books that I have ever read. The book is not about teaching you a magic pill that you can take to lose weight fast, no it’s about teaching you unhealthy techniques. The author relies on the most simple diet concept out there: you do need to eat less to lose weight. It all comes down to calories. Whether you count calories religiously or just watch out fatty foods, it always helps to know what kind of food you should stay from. The N S Diet shows you the S food that you need to stay from.

What do I mean by S food? Snacks, sweets. You name it. Make no mistake about it. This book teaches you exactly how to create a diet plan that works for you. It tells you what you need to avoid to lose weight fast. And it doesn’t hurt that it shows you how to the weight in a safe fashion.

What I like about this book is the fact that it shows you how to change your lifestyle. It’s nice to lose weight but unless you develop the right lifestyle, you are going to gain the weight fast. The No S book (or as I would like to call it the No BS book) shows you a no nonsense way of losing weight by avoiding unhealthy food. You eat less, you lose the weight, and you feel better fast. What’s better than that?
