At first, I was very hesitant about spending a whole lot of money on dumbbells that were not exactly getting rave reviews at the time. These dumbbells are designed for folks who want to train and get fit in the comfort of their home. 552 SelectTech Dumbbells combines 15 sets of weights into one using a unique dial system. You can easily adjust the weight and pick up as much as your body can handle. Best of all, you won’t have to multiple dumbbells to get the job done.

Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells are great to get an intensive body building workout done at home. These are indeed the only dumbbells you’ll ever need to keep yourself in shape from the comfort of your home. You can do leg, back, chest, and abdominal exercises all with the same set. Each dumbbell adjusts from 5 to 52.5 lbs which is more than enough for most folks.
