Shake Weight Exercise: Does it Work?
January 28, 2010No Comments
I have seen a lot of exercise machines and gimmicks on TV in the past. Some do work, while many just don’t work at all. You obviously shouldn’t trust anything you see on TV, but Shake Weight Exercise has certainly become a hit due to its interesting commercials on TV. The device is based on a technology called Dynamic Inertia that promises to tone your chests and body without you really having to do much:
We have not tried this unit, and there is really no need to try it. There are a lot of products that promise great things on TV that fail to deliver. While the concept seems interesting, I am not a big fan of fitness without putting the hours. Sure. The device does have a sexual aspect to it, and it looks interesting to say the least, but if you really want to get fit, there are better ways to do it. When it comes to getting, there is truly no gain without any pain.
