Losing the weight and getting fit can be a difficult task. It’s so easy to get discouraged by your results. In fact, many people do get discouraged when they don’t see any progress after just a few weeks, and they go back to their old ways, assuming that they are not going to lose weight no matter what they do. In truth, you can always lose weight as long as you follow a plan that works. Doing the same exercises over and over again everyday does not help you lose weight. Your body will adjust to your exercises, and you’ll stop making progress. The same applies to your diet as well. You should always keep your body guessing to get results faster.
Tony Horton’s P90X is a powerful training system designed for people who can’t lose weight no matter what they do. This is 2 phase system that can get you fit and build you a fit body in no time. Tony is known for his no nonsense approach. He won’t show you anything that won’t help you lose the weight and build up your body. The first phase involves working on 12 exercise routines to help build a more fit body. Here are a few topics that are covered:
- Chest & Back
- Plyometrics
- Shoulders & Arms
- Yoga
- Legs & Back
- Intense cardiovascular Workouts
- Streching
- Core workouts
- Back & Biceps
- Ab Workouts
This program really takes dedication, but if you put time into it, you are going to lose the weight and build muscles fast. Some of these exercises are straight forward and easy to do for most of us, but there are a lot of routines that are super intense and will test your will. Once you have gotten through this program, you are going to love working on some of those intense P90X+ exercises. P90X plus is designed for folks who are fit enough to tackle super intense exercise routines. Some of the exercises are a bit complex and many of them are difficult to get through, but that’s where the next level is.
All in all, I had a lot of fun following the tips provided in P90X. It’s what most people need to lose weight and build a fit body. P90X+ is an interesting training course as well, but I wouldn’t recommend it to newbies, and to be honest you don’t need to have it to become more healthy. It does have some challenging exercises, but you can do without it. P90X on the other hand is a powerful system that I would recommend to anyone who’s struggling to lose weight. If you follow the plan and eat right, there is no reason you can’t see results.
