You can heck your daily progress, set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you’ve done outside of Wii Fit. You can also focus on aerobics or Yoga if you prefer. Wii Fit Age is calculated by factoring the user’s BMI reading, testing your center of gravity and conducting quick balance tests. Here are a few other things you can do with Wii Fit:

- Yoga: you can do all kinds of Yoga moves on the balance board. You can do half moon, deep breathing, and even Palm tree. Yoga can be tough if you are not used to it.
- Aerobics: if you want to get your heart pumping and burn some calories in the process, these games are for you. The boxing should properly exercise your heart.
- Balance: you think you’ve got a good balance? Wait till you try the balancing games on your balance board. You can play games like Soccer Heading, Ski Slalom, Ski Jump, Table Tilt, Tightrope Walk, Balance Bubble, Penguin Slide, Snowboard Slalom and Lotus Focus to test your balance.
Wii Fit may look like a game, but it is one of the best weight loss training programs you can sign up for, and you don’t have to go to a gym to take advantage of it. Overall, if you want to have some fun and lose weight in the process, try Wii Fit.
