February 8, 2010One Comment
P90X is one of the best exercise programs that I have personally tried. It’s not one of those programs that promises a lot and achieves nothing. On the contrary, you can achieve amazing results if you stick with the program and keep up with your diet as well. It’s not just a one trick pony exercise program. It focuses on all major fitness areas to help you build a well-rounded body and get fit. In order to get started with P90X, you are going to need a set of tools. As far as exercise equipment is concerned, you won’t have to buy too many things. But you want to have those little tools to keep up with the program and get your workout in fast. With that in mind, here is what you need to get started with P90X training program:

P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program: comes with 13 DVDs that help you get fit and stay fit for a long time. It also has a nutrition guide and exercise planner to help you stay on the top of your exercise plans.

Bowflex SelectTech 1090 Single Dumbbell: not a cheap dumbbell by any means, but it does save you some space. It’s rugged and adjustable at the same time. So you can get the most out of your dumbbell even when your body adjusts to your training’s intensity.

Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar: a powerful workout bar that lets you complete some of the exercises in P90X without having to buy a power tower. You can always try other top pull up bars for more options.

P90X Resistance Bands Workout Kit: resistance training is a big part of P90X program. This workout kit gives you everything you need to complete some of those P90X programs without having to spend too much money.
P90X Plus: P90X is a wonderful exercise program, but it’s not the end of the road if you want to get fit and stay fit. Your body could get used to some of the exercises in the program after a while. You may want to push yourself even further. That’s where P90X comes in. It keeps your body on its toes and lets you take your fitness level to the next level.
There you have it. 5 tools that let you get started and complete your P90X training program. The training program may be a bit pricey by itself, but the tools you need to complete the exercises in this program aren’t. P90X is truly one tough program to get through.
