Extreme Workout with FreeMotion X3 Incline Trainer

So you think running a treadmill for 30 minutes is a tough workout? Maybe not if you are already fit. That’s where incline trainers come into play. Incline Trainers are essentially treadmills on steroids. They are designed to help you burn a whole lot of calories and take your fitness to a whole new level. FreeMotion X3 Incline Trainer is a cool exercise equipment that helps you get some climbing exercise in and prepare for the real thing or just become more fit.
FreeMotion X3 comes with an incline of up to 40% and the motor speed of 10 miles per hour. So at the max level, you are going to feel as if you are run-climbing a mountain. It’s not easy by any means, especially if you are not fit enough, but it’s a great way to burn a lot of calories each and every day.

The Grafixx Hi-Altitude Display that you can see in the above figure makes your climbing experience more realistic. It helps you go through your workout on the screen and see where you are on the trail. This trainer comes equipped with iFit SD card technology and 9 incline programs to help you get a better workout in.
I do like the fact that FreeMotion X3 Incline Trainer provides a more intense workout than you would get on a treadmill. It’s a great equipment for those who want to get themselves fit for a real climb. It also comes with voice guidance to help you stay on track. At the same time, the device is a bit pricey. At $1500, it’s anything but cheap. So if you are a beginner, you may want to stick with a good treadmill.
