Dosho Design DG5009 Dosho Gym 5000

If you have been following this blog for a while, you probably know that I am a big fan of BoxFlex products. BoxFlex gyms are some of the best home gyms available on the market. But not everyone can fit these Bowflex gyms at home. Which is why I decided to try a Dosho gym to see whether it fits in a small room. Doshy Gym 5000 is designed by some of the people who came up with the whole idea behind Bowflex home gyms. It’s designed to be compact while allowing you to get some weight training done at the comfort of your house.

The gym allows you to work out your abs, shoulders, back, legs, and so on. You can do crunches, all kinds of weight training exercises, and over 40 exercises with this machine. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Gym 5000 is the fact that it ships in only 3 boxes. It’s very easy to assemble, and it doesn’t take too much space either.
Dosho Design DBL009 Dosho Dumbbells, Pair (5 - 45 pounds)

Dosho dumbbells that are included with this package, which is a big plus. These dumbbells are going for $300 by their own, but they are included with your gym. While these are not as slick as BowFlex dumbbells, but they feel more secure, and they let you adjust the weight more easily.

All in all, Dosho Gym 5000 is a great home gym to own if you don’t have a lot of space to dedicate to your exercise equipments. It’s very easy to set up and get a work out on. The fact that it comes with a life time warranty makes it more attractive as well. The gym may not support some of those fancy exercise routines, but if you want to do crunches, build up your abs, legs, or just add muscle mass, Dosho Gym 5000 gets the job done.
