3 Inversion Tables for Ab Training and Beyond

If you have been following this blog for a while, you probably know that I am a big fan of Inversion tables. As someone who has struggled for years with bad back, inversion tables have helped me reduce stress on my back and alleviate the pain in the process. A few months ago, I had a chance to list a few inversion therapy tables that can help you reduce pain on your back. But some people actually use these tables to exercise their abs and build a more solid body. Not every inversion table comes with that capability, but if you are looking to get more out of your inversion table and do ab exercises on it, here are 3 premium inversion tables you should consider:

Teeter Hang Ups EP-550 Sport Inversion Therapy Table: Teeter inversion table is one of the best on the market. It’s not too expensive for the features it offers and comes with the boots you need to secure yourself on the table and do ab exercises on this machine.

Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table: it’s a hybrid inversion table and ab training system designed to help you reduce pain your back and get some ab exercise in while you are on this table. It comes with 10 different inversion locking angles to give you more flexibility.

Teeter Hang Ups Power II Inversion Table: the most expensive of the bunch. It’s a bit fancy and not right for everyone. Comes with a motor that will rotate you automatically. Super expensive though.
Inversion tables are not your average exercise equipment. The jury is still out on how effective these can be in getting rid of your back pain altogether. But most who have tried them have seen improvements. As far as the ab exercises go, these machines can help you do those as well. Well worth a try if you are having back pains.
